They have chicken and a few others. Pretty much everything there is typical Mexican restaurant fare. I probably wouldn't take someone there who refuses to eat Mexican food.

Not on the menu, but it would be easy to fold spinach in with some white sauce and dress it up nice. The staff are the nicest anywhere and they would do their utmost to serve you.
